I have been putting up with drug dealers in plain sight and broken into cars for three years now but last night topped it all.

There was a large mob of teenage kids outside of an apartment until 6am.

Apparently there was a party in an apartment on the other side of the parking lot.

After several calls to the Sheriff's Department they finally searched the apartment finding weapons and drugs.

They arrested more than a dozen people.

This sort of thing has become a standard here.

I spoke to the Resident Manager today and she through her hands up and said, "kids!".

I am amazed by this.

I am moving out after three years.

Please do not bring your family to a place like this.

Oh and it is true...during the entire three years I have seen the gate closed once and it would not open at 11pm.

I called the after hours emergency maintenance and the number had been disconnected.
