I moved into Sarahs Place 7 months ago hoping to start a new life with my wife and baby. With lil money left from our 2000 mile Trek. We Took advantage of the move in special our apartment was gorgeous and the staff was polite we truly felt that things were finally gonna be good. Within 2 weeks of moving in There was nothing but trouble half the electric in my apt did not work. There is a gang element that makes me worry every time my wife ventures outside. My upstairs nieghbors have been a constant disturbance and my constant complaints to management are "ill talk to them" and my complaints to the Clermont Police are Followed with the usual "tell management not us call us again we will take you in" Southern hospitality I have also had to endure my next door neighbors 10 kids hanging around outside my doort at all hour of the night and tripping over thier bikes (fire hazard) The Gate has not worked since my arrival there are hordes of unsupervised children running about and The police set up shop there every night and even though the neighborhood kids broke in twice i need to catch them they say and if your 3 days late with the rent god forbid you get an immediate eviction notice. My brand new car has been scratched and dented by the children playing at all hours of the night with their gang banger crackhead parents. 2 neighbors have threatened to kill my puppy cuz she peed in front of their home it takes a real hard guy to bully a lil puppy i guess and you get all this and a closed pool and a non-working fitness center from the early 1980s for $750.00 a month and did i mention the bonus garbage and beer bottles all over the front yards. The only possitive thing i can say about this place is that there is no pest problem in our home but then again we are clean people. We are also people who keep to ourselves and prefer to not bother with our neighbors so dont let the management try to sway you on these complaintants being deadbeats or troublemakers.. Thank You
