I have been living in Sarahs place for almost a year. Within that short amount of time i have called for maintenance and pest control 15 times a month and no one has ever shown up. Right now i dont want to pay my rent because of this. Im also trying to find out how to go about takin action against them for these matters. But i dont know where to start. The cops are here at least 5 times a day. This is the worst apartment rental experience i have ever had.
