Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
All the negative reviews on Sarahs Place sounds like they come from the same person who obviously either had nothing better to do or most likely didn't pay their rent and got evicted. I live at Sarah's Place since 1998 and I wouldn't move unless I purchase a home. Yes, the staff has changed a couple of times but for the better. I never experienced problems with the staff at the office or the maintenance staff. I've always received a professional and kind treatment for the staff at SP. And as for pest. You're in Florida you can expect ants. NO MICE. NEVER SAW IT. Pest control comes weekly. If you're undisisive you can always come take a look for yourself.
