I need things to be fixed in my apartment, but according to maintenance, they were told to work on empty apartments to be rented out, instead of the ones already occupied. In other words, they want to move new people in so they can start collecting rent, and not worried about the tenants whos money they already took. I still live here because its close to my job. The pool is usually closed and the gate is never down, anyone can get in. The mail area has been destoyed by children. I would not recommend Sarah's Place in Clermont.
