My family & I have lived here for almost 3 years now......and we're moving back west where the civilized people of the USA live. We moved here because it was what we could afford. When we first moved in the mgmt staff was actually really nice AND helpful. Since that time, the office staff has change 3 or 4 times, and every time it changes, things here get worse.

From garbage dumpsters overflowing SO much that the only place to put your garbage is inside the "fenced" area for the dumpster - to humongous construction dumpsters filled with garbage and old furniture - the ones in the complex haven't been picked up in at least a month.

Maintenance'' Yeah right......our A/C unit went out on a day when it was almost 100 deg. outside, and I had to call them 4 times and threaten them that I would call my own A/C company and deduct it from my rent - that's when they showed up.

Bugs - yeah, we have 'em.......so does the rest of Florida - welcome to the Tropics. They don't spray once or twice a month like they tell you. I've NEVER seen anyone spray for bugs.

All in all.......this is the GHETTO!!!

Kids play in the garbage - too many crack-heads - at least we now have a on-site poliec officer who tries to do the best job he can.......with the good people who live here, maybe we can help him too.
