I recently moved out of Sundance Apartments and I could not be more happy. The team there is horrible and rude. They claim that they care about the tenants but that is bull. I called them not long before I moved out because there were Brown Recluse spiders in the breeze way right outside of my apartment and they said they would take care of the problem. A week later no one showed so I called again and they said they would take care of my problem, Again no one showed and I had to take care of the problem myself. The "security gates" at the front entrance were always broken and open and the amenity cards they provide you with never work. They also threatened with eviction if I didn't get rid of my dog which was a pitbull and yes they aren't allowed I understand all of that but I have seen other pitbulls, rottweilers, boxers and German Shepards that also weren't supposed to be allowed and when I pointed this out the person I spoke with said that those dogs were bulldogs which were allowed. I worked at a kennel for 2 years, I think I would know the difference and when I explained this to her she blew me off and everyone else got to keep their dogs. Bottom line, Sundance plays favorites with their favorite residents and everyone else is left to fend for themselves I would recommend to find anywhere else to live but there.

We also have a dog and I've never seen a large dog on Sundance grounds.

I HAVE SEEN THE SPIDERS TOO! Tired of poor maintenance, if i get BIT i will sue.
