In September 2008, They sent me a renewal notice meant for someone else. Then when I went in to clarify mine was even typed up wrong. The office is full of blithering idiots. I cannot believe the took out Erica and awarded the control to Denise. She got all my notices wrong in the beginning (2007) as well. The office staff never is seen out checking the property. I have had to beg for our breezeway to be cleaned each time. For the price i pay for a one bedroom, I could rent my own house, then i wouldn't have to navigate dirty spider filled breezeways, commercial vehicle parking and idiotic notices. This supposedly "high end community" sucks. I am still waiting to have the breezeway cleaned since my request of 9/23/08... i walk thru spiderwebs and spiders every day! I have to RUN to get into my apt.
