Absolutely horrible place to live, grasping for air right now, they will hit you with as many fees as possible, including upon our lease ending, explaining to us how since it was on the fifth, and we paid pro-rated, we still had to pay the rest of that month, since the lease includes the ability for the lease to go into a month-by-month status. Now upon giving them the money for this month, we're also expected to pay for the next month following, since we couldn't appropriately give a thirty day notice.
The staff is terrible, I've never seen anyone working in the office wave or even smile to their tenants, when we asked to speak to their supervisor or owner of the property, no one knew who it was or how to get a hold of them. Then pointed out they had never met the guy. We put in at least six or seven issues with the front office for maintenance to take care of, they only came for one, and even then after knocking on the door (and we gave them permission to go in if we didn't answer) they left a notice on the door stating they had stopped by, but not only did we fail to answer, we had also changed locks. Not only have the locks never been changed, but the door wasn't locked at all, two of us were there sleeping and one had just left for work.
