The office staff hinder a whole lot more than they help. They never have authority to do ANYTHING...including asking people to turn down their music when it radiates throughout the comlex. They'd rather you wait til after hours so security or the police can handle it. They're all just RIDICULOUS. For the money you pay to live here you would think you wouldn't have to worry about your safety. This "gated community" has been open for coming up on SEVEN months and there are NO working gates. THAT'S FRAUD....it's ILLEGAL. Explains why there are shady people in shady cars with really tinted windows driving around and around casing out the place. The construction is the cheapest I've ever seen and I've lived in other apartments. NOTHING works the way it's supposed to AND THIS PLACE IS BRAND NEW. I cannot wait to move out of this place. RENTER BEWARE: you will be living with people who never work, just sit around and smoke in the pool (when it's open) and play their music at ungodly levels with the windows open all while you wonder HOW IN THE HELL CAN THEY AFFORD TO LIVE HERE''' It's either level 9 housing also or the office staff are cutting their buddies a deal. I couldn't BE more DISAPPOINTED with this place.

Wow, this is true. The apartments did have the gates open for such a long time. And they are still crappy gates. in the back the gates stay open for a good 20 minutes after you leave. Anyone could get in. And really the apartments are made cheep. They have washer and dryers included and nice stove, but dont let that suck you in.
