My boyfriend and I were looking at apartments at the Gardens right when they opened. Tracy one of the staff had everything ready for us. I picked out the apartment and we even signed the lease. Well about 2 days before we were to move in we got a call from her saying that the property manager...who by the way is a real $@#$#, said that we couldnt move in without a co-signer, because tracy screwed up and put my boyfriends social into the system wrong, so now they didnt trust us. Tracy told her she made the mistake, but the manager didnt care. Anyway I am really glad that we didnt move there. We are now at the Villages at East Lake. And we are very happy here. Not one problem moving in, I have a very high credit score, so we didnt even need a security deposit, and the Gardens wanted $350. My apartment is very quiet, and so much larger than the one bedroom there. Also we have a huge porch and overlook the citrus tower from the third floor. It is Beautiful! We would have been looking at the parking lot if we were in the Gardens. So all i can say is Tracy is a stupid -----, and so is everyone else that works there.
