I don't know what all the complaints are about. I have lived here since August, 2006. The office staff has always been helpful, and anytime I have had a problem, it has been taken care of within one day. Only complaint I have is there is not enough parking. Each apartment should at least have 1 assigned slot so you don't have to park buildings away from where you live. I must be lucky as I have excellent neighbors and there has been no noise issues at this end of the complex.

I think the Gardens are great! I moved in January 2007. No noise on my end and the staff are most hospitable.

Parking is the one thing that will make me move when my lease is up. Paying over $1000.00 per month to have to park 3 bldgs away is nuts.
