The apartment management cares only about looks and making impressions rather than real quality service or structures. Very disappointing because at first look the place looks Wonderful. As you live here you see that all the attention is to the superficial.
For the high rents, and the "elite" living place it was advertised as, to now have to sit here and listen to the just installed poolside radio speakers playing rap and i'm sure the ever present commercials, just destroyed all the beauty that being poolside formerly had with the beautiful landscaping and the soothing sounds of the fountains.
they also just reinstalled the tv screens in the exercise room in a higher position even less conducive to use if one is exercising as your head would have to be tilted back 90 degrees to watch them. Workman said management requested it so wires wouldn't show- it's classic. Function never matters here and it's possible to acheive both functionality and beauty if that's the goal
WORST , and Every tenant I've spoken with has the same complaints as my experiences with maintenance. They basically ignore your requests unless it's something that's going to bother them or you make a perpetual fuss and they think it looks bad to others.
very very very disappointing , it could have been a great place to live. the walls are paper thin, the pool area now smells of alchohol often as the crowd they've been seeking to attract it to fill their empty apartments is the 18 -22 year old bracket.
formerly it attracted professionals and families and the atmosphere was extremely pleasant.
