Yes, The Gardens is a beautiful apartment community, on the outside, but I warn you, the walls and ceilings are thin as paper! I can literally hear my neighbors conversations WORD FOR WORD! Not to mention the INCESSANT slamming and pounding on my ceiling, I can't get any peace in this place! I would absolutely implore you to not sign up with this place, once you are in, you are STUCK, and the management won't do anything for you! If you are planning on living here, Do yourself a favor and get an upstairs apartment, because if you live on a first level like I do, you most likely will never get any peace or quiet! I am stuck here and I can't wait to get out!

The back gate has been broken for almost a year and they keep claiming they are going to fix it, YEAH RIGHT!!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO RENT A HOUSE!! It costs just as much, I mean not to mention this place is a little bit overpriced, for $1000 a month you can get a rented house or a mortgage!

I would love to help you in any way possible have a better experience during your stay here. There is a solution to every problem and we are always here to help. Regarding the back gate, I just want to update you... In the past, the gate was damaged countless times by residents who didn't use or lost their gate remotes. They figured out it's easy to nudge the gate open and the automatic arm will take over. Well, what they didn't know is that it burned out the control board EVERY TIME! The manufacturer is in California and handmakes the control boards. It took time to replace and countless dollars to keep up with. However, we felt it necessary to keep fixing. Once fixed, it wouldn't take more than 24 hours for it to be destroyed again. Well one bright sunny day, our local waste service truck here to empty our dumpster decided to enter the FIXED gate in the exit zone. It caught the gate as it was closing and ripped it right off! Totally destroyed the entire gate system. Because of that, we are ALMOST complete with the insurance issue and have ordered a entirely NEW gate design. Implementation should start immediately. We know this has been an ongoing issue and are truely excited to offer this new gate to our beautiful community. Thanks for your understanding! Sincerely, Heather Van De Mark

You must have not paid rent or something to be this mad at the office. I don't appreciate your uneducated postings about the community in which my wife and I live. It makes this community look bad and I have enjoyed every minute of the year I have lived here. I even just renewed my lease. I respect the girls in the office for having to deal with uneducated, uncompassionate, nay-sayers such as yourself. I say...when your lease is up, YOU go rent a home and stop destryoing a good neighborhood. You must have no knowlede or understanding of apartment complexes. What did you expect? In EVERY apartment across the country, you can hear your neighbor. Get over it or move.

this scares me because my husband and i are moving in soon and I have had it where I live now and it sounds bad there ,please no I will not stay that Long for this reason.

I think it is funny that the manager responded, yet did not address the issue of the noise, she only addressed the issue of the gate, which is now completely off it's hinges. The problem I have with her excuses is that one, like I said she is only addressing one issue, and secondly, when you tour the place BEFORE signing up, they will tell you "The part is on order, it's gonna be fixed soon", which is a flat out lie, Now that I have my name on the piece of paper the truth comes out. To me that just proves they are freaking liars and not to be trusted. As for the person who is telling me to "move out", hey, have you ever heard of a LEASE?!? I CAN'T MOVE I AM LEGALLY BOUND TO LIVE HERE. If it were possible to leave I would have been gone months ago. Idiot. The manager totally blew off the issue of the noise, because she knows it is noisy, and there is nothing that can be done about it. If you don't believe me, go ahead and read the other reviews on here THAT SAY THE SAME EXACT THING. HOW THE HELL ARE YOU GONNA TELL ME IT IS NORMAL FOR ME TO HEAR MY NEIGHBORS TALKING WHEN I AM IN THE BATHROOM? I'M SITTING THERE IN THE SHOWER AND I THINK SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY DAMN APARTMENT! THAT IS NOT NORMAL, OBVIOUSLY, THE PLACE AINT FUQIN INSULATED PROPERLY.
