don't make any complaints to management of this complex .complaints will fall on deaf ears and if they do something they will not follow up on anything. parking is first come first serve and don't expect the same parking every night. the fitness center was 24hours now they lock it up at 11pm and open at 5am so forget about anything in between. if you have to choose find somewhere else to leave. if management responds to this it will really surprise me.

That is a really strong statement. I am sorry you feel this way. I would welcome you to personlly speak with me regarding your personal issues. I'm positive we can come to some sort of solution where you and I will be happy. The reason we lock the fitness center is during the Christmas season, three of the T.V.'s were stolen during the night hours as well as fitness equipment and children's area furniture damaged. I think it is much better to close during the late hours of night to ensure you have an enjoyable area to work out. Regarding the parking, there is an issue there but only with the first 10 buildings. We have found that people who rent garages are not parking in their proper driveway but instead parking in a space that could be occupied by a non-garage renting resident. We are sending letters daily and making phone calls to those offenders. Also, there are people who are not on leases visiting residents. They are also parking in spots that residents could occupy. We have asked ALL of you to have your residents park at the clubhouse or the back of the property to allow other residents to park. Again, instead of destroying the great reputation we strive to keep, come by and speak with me personally regarding your issues. It WILL NOT fall on deaf ears. We care about our residents and their concerns. Thank you, Heather Van De Mark/ Property Manager

Parking is horror, especially for those in Bldgs. 7,8,9 where there is not enough parking even if the residents had 1 car each. Parking has got to be assigned. At least one slot per apt. The amount of commercial vehicles on property is terrible. Not only does this not look like a residential community, it is an eyesore.
