If you have a problem don't waste your time complaining, they wouldn't do anything about it. All complaints does fall on deaf ears. Just hope and pray that your lease will end soon.
Most of the lights are off since last year especially around the tennis court and the apartment around the pool area. I've spoke to another tenant and he said he complained since September of last year when just a few lights were off now a whole bunch are off and still it's not fixed. No wonder the TVs were stolen from the Gym for it's too dark in the night.

Obviously, you are concerned about the lights. We are going building by building checking the photo cells on the lights and changing where necessary. I will have Dante check the lights in your areas mentioned today. Complaints DO NOT fall on deaf ears. We strive to do what's best for this community since all but 2 of our staff members live here, including me. We are residents of this BEAUTIFUL community just as yourself. Only, we try to better the community instead of insulting it. We will fix your issues as we care what you think. I would like to challenge you to say something positive about this community where you chose to live. People always take the time to be negative, why can't we instead to take the time to be positive and pat people on the back for what it is that they do well??? Obviously you only care about hearing what you want...Does the fact that you get rent monthly not pat you enough on the back...negative reviews about this complex are what you have earned, want a pat on the back, earn it...P.S. I have chosen not to live here when my lease ends, ever wonder why so many people move at the end of their first year...If it were possible to legally break the lease before that, most of this complex would have been empty before. Continue putting on the dressing around the grounds and you will gain a few more suckers, but I bet you have a turnover rate in excess of 65% and it will grow.....Just a thought for you and your future endeavours. No thank You.
