I have lived at The Gardens for 2 years and am ready to sign a lease for year 3. This is a really great community and I have enjoyed the peace and quiet. I have not experienced any community issues that have upset my daily life. The only time I have had to communicate with the office staff has been for minor maintenance issues. Parking has not been an issue and noise issues are almost non-existant. The property courtesy officers can be found walking the property even in the early hours of the morning.

Problems exist no matter where you chose to call home. The Gardens is no different in that aspect. What is different at The Gardens is that the office staff is usually aware of the problems and work quickly to resolve.
