The area is nice, but becoming very industrial. Lots of people building. The apt building is located off one of the main roads, but is surprisingly still quiet. It is a gated community, but only the front gate, the rest of the apt building is surrounded by low squat shrubs that my pomeranian and chihuahua jump over. The apts also don't have assigned parking which is annoying because when my boyfriend gets home from his night job he has no where to park. Another downside is that the pool is not heated, and there is no hot tub, and there are no utilities included, otherwise they keep it clean, and fix things quickly. The biggest bonus is that they include a microwave, and full size washer and dryer in the unit, however you do have to pay water, actually the only utility you don't pay for is garbage.
