Extremely Small for the Price

I lived in a 1-br apartment for 18 months. While the overall size of the apartment is not bad, a majority of the space has been put into the Bathroom, Kitchen and Closet. I don't know about most people, but as a single person, I spend the least amount of time in the bathroom, and really wish they had used some of that excess space in the Livingroom, dining room and bedroom. I payed $720 a month for a 1 br.
Also, the office staff is not the greatest. They are, at least, the same people. There's very little turn-over even though while I lived there (18 mos) there were 3 owners. If you disagree with the office staff...look out, they're liable to yell or get VERY nasty with you. I was insulted twice by the complex manager.
AND don't try parking in the lot on a week night after 8pm....its a nightmare.
Its a good transitional place, don't stay there forever.
