The only good place in town for dog owners

I have found that this complex is one of the few decent places in the area that accepts large dogs of almost any breed. This is the most important feature for many people so if you own a dog or two, this is a good place with lots of green areas to walk them. Just make SURE that you clean up after them. There has been a problem with people not picking up after their dogs. EWWW!
The buildings have been recently powerwashed and are looking cleaner than ever. The 2/2 apartment that I live in is on the smallish side, but it does have 2 large walk-in closets, a coat closet (which in my unit has been adapted to serve as an oversized pantry) and outside storage. The unit also comes with full size washer and dryer, and a large bathroom in one of the master suites (although technically there are 2 master suites, one bath is way nicer than the other. Roommates may argue over who gets the bigger one!) :) People here are generally friendly.
On the downside, parking is a MAJOR hassle at night and watch out for children playing in the street. Some people have had problems with noisy neighbors, but I have not. There is a large turn-over rate, but talking with my neighbors, it is mostly because this is a rapidly developing area and many people live here while waiting to build/buy a home.
Overall, I would recommend the Village at East Lake.
