We moved in the spring of '05. It was hassle free and the apartment was clean. We lived on the second floor and a few times the neighbors below complained about noise and said it sounded like we were moving furniture. We have three kids and the staff was understanding, we did our best to keep them settled down in the evening.

We just moved out and got a letter with a $90 cleaning fee. I had cleaned the place from top to bottom and swept and all. The office staff said the maintenance staff inspected it and said it was dirty. I don;t think so. My advice...do the walk thru with them, because they say too bad pay the money or else.
