GREAT office staff, nice apartment layout, and nice looking community, but that's where the compliments would stop. You can hear every footstep of the person who lives above you, a lot of the people who live in the community are loud (teenagers will often have thier car sound systems going full blast with friends outside), and depending on the maintenance person you may get screwed.
