well where my building is parking is never an issue. we moved here from sundance apartments and the parking is a thousand times better than it was there. I love the size of our 3/2. I dont think the neighbors are an issue. I hardly ever hear anyone and noone lives below us so thats also a plus for the moment. The only 2 issues i have are how all the dogs go around with no leashes. My dog is a yorkie and he gets really scared and barks when a dog goes to walk up to him..4 piunds might i add. I havent said anything to the office and i wont unless it becomes a big issue id just assume call animal services at that point. The second thing is when we moved in it took over 2 weeks for them to come fix what was wrong on our inspection sheet at move in. Other than that from my experience i would recommend this place ecspecially over sundance apartments.
