Sort of fun - I like my apartment but the social life is...not so cool. Love it!!!! I love my new apartment. The living room is large enough for my furniture. The bedrooms are large enough for my teenage boys and the neighborhood is safe enough for me to take a walk without an escort. I am so grateful to have at such a reasonable price.

Great Place I have been at Grand View for 1 1/2 years now and can only report positive things. The apartments are nice size, and clean. Maintenance is professional, very quick and knowledgeable. The Complex has been remodeled, new roofs, fresh paint, new pavements, very nice

Bad Staff! The Village at East Lake is not a good place to live. The office staff is atrocious. One of the staff people actually live in my building and she takes advantage of it. They let their huge dog run free and take up so many garage/parking spaces. When I need help and call the office staff

management is a joke don't make any complaints to management of this complex .complaints will fall on deaf ears and if they do something they will not follow up on anything. parking is first come first serve and don't expect the same parking every night. the fitness center was 24hours now
