I just moved in about 2 months ago, it is now April 9th, 2007. I stress that if you can afford it MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I wish I never signed a lease. I am pretty honest and can not say other than the leasing lady Mary there is nothin nice about this place!!! The Cocoa police department is here about once a week. Drugs dealers are walking up and down the street from 10 at night unitl 6 in the morning. If you dont beleive me then please drive by yourself any night of thew eek. It has gotten so bad there are now over 10 bright neon signs saying no tresspassing or loitering allowed!!! Like those signs do anything. Maintaince seems to be non-exstient. I have reported problems and one was starting to be fixed only to have it still not done 4 days later!!! The place is scary for anyone with kids. Low-class people are allowed to move in, and if you check the cocoa police website on the sexual offenders list you can see that not a sexual offender lives here but A SEXUAL PREDETAR IS what he is classifed, what unit he lives in it does not say, just that it is in longwood apartments. The walls are so old thazt if your neigbor smikes expect for you to smell it too!!! The office claims the walls are thick, wow, really, is that why I can here people next door at 4 in the morning''' The grounds look like trash, obisiouly no one ownes this place cares!!! PLEASE PEPLE I AM NOT TRYING TO HOUND THIS PLACE AS I STILL LIVE, BUT I AM TRYING TO WARN YOU BEFORE YOU DO MOVE IN, I CARE. SO PLEASE FIND ANOTHER CLEANER AND MUCH HEATHER PLACE TO LIVE, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS DRUG INVESTED LOW-CLASS PEOPLE WHO MOVE IN BY SMOVING IN YOURSELF!!! PLEASE.

clearlake pines is on a turn around. I lived here 4 years. New management and owners as of January 2008. I am hoping to get into one of the newly refurbished apartments. Fresh paint,,,no wallpaper,,,and all brand new cabinets and carpets. Drug dealers are being tossed out on a regular basis since the first of the year.

Nealio and other tenants this is not true Cynthia is the best property manager we have had in years. I've been at this complex 6yrs and when anyone complains to Cynthia or Nick they take care of the problem as soon as they can.

Thank you Cynthia. It's finnaly peacful here again. No slamming doors, no knocking at 4 in the morning, no loud music, no banging. no hearing that door shuting 10 to 20 times a night and to the person up top you shouldn't be mentioning names.
