I swear this place has gotten worse. This is the only place I know of that is making it's residents pay for trash removel of $14.95 a month. I know a lot of other places include water and trash and some places also give you free basic cable. This place has nothing to offer unless you want to pick up the tab your self. Good luck if you decide to move in. Thank God my lease is about to end.
