I never really had any personal problems when I lived here- laundry is easily accessable, parking is abundant, and maintenance always did their job. Towards the end of my lease, after 2 years, things started getting worse. My water bill skyrocketed, only to find out that now trash removal was part of my water bill..makes no sense. The people who mow the lawn repeatedly came at horrible hours of the morning and blew their leaf blower smoke into my windows. One even knocked on my door at 6 am to ask me a question! I was sleeping. Privacy, please! Because these are all on the garden floor, no second or third floors even exist, everyone, and i mean EVERYONE who walked by your place had to look in the windows, so I always kept the blinds shut. I wanted the sunshine, but not the onlookers. Now that I've moved out (it's been 3 months), I have NOT received my rent deposit back, although I was told it was already sent! I had to file a claim with the better business bureau, and I still have not seen my deposit money back! This is very frustrating and the worst part of my stay there. The rest I could deal with. The walls ARE very thin and while you can not hear people talking next door, music, walking, and cupboard doors shutting can be heard clearly! Overall, it is not the WORST place I've ever stayed, but beware the neighborhood is not as safe as it was a few years ago. We obviously had drug dealers just across the lawn from us, as people were coming and going all hours of the day for only a few minutes at a time- no one has that many friends who just stop by to "visit". They were asked to leave the premesis, but I'm surprised it wasn't sooner.

Wow! Thank you so much for your help! I contacted regal properties and they said that they didn't actually own the property, but they were able to get me in touch with the right people! Apparently I am NOT the only one who has had problems with getting my deposit back and they, too were working with the better business bureau to get our money back! If nothing else, clearlake pines is in SOOOOOOOOO much trouble after all of this. Like I said, I didn't mind living there, I just want my money back now that I'm gone!!! I lived in 11E when I did live there:)

I lived in apartment 12f I'm the single dad with the little boy. I lived there for two years and I was never late with my rent and I have no idea why they are screwing with me like this. I think 11e and 12f are already occupied, so they are making money and keeping my deposit. I don't think so.
