my husband and i moved in right after we got engaged and at first everything was okay... but after about a month it seemed like everything went wrong! the walls were so thin that we could hear just about everything! a few months after moving in we noticed that one of our neighbors was a drug dealer! nothing ever got fixed! we lived in the 1 bedroom for a year! i got pregnant about in june and as soon as we found out i was having a baby we asked about a 2 bedroom and were told we were first on the list, i saw 4 different 2 bedrooms become open and we were never notified. 3 months after asking about one i finally asked the manager what was going on and she said she had one just open! we moved in and they had barely done anything after the other people moved out! the paint on the walls looked like crap! the carpet was nasty but we didn't have many options i was almost 5 and 1/2 months pregnant! so we cleaned up. now its almost a year later and there are new managers and its even worse. our ac was broke and we could either have it on high of off! its summer time we have to have it on! i have a 3 month old and we would have to bundle her up at night so she wouldn't get sick! we told the management about it and a few weeks later i got really sick, i got pnuemonia from the ac! after telling the manager i got sick from it they finally came to look at it and said they would have to get the ac guy to come! another week later he came and said they needed to order a part. a week and a 1/2 later he comes back and tells me the apartments were too cheap to order one and that they took one off another unit.... and what do u know.... it doesn't fit! the ac guy said well i guess now they have to! he comes back about an hour later and has a digital theramastat and he undoes the wires on the ac and mounts the the theramastat on the side and rewires it to that! in case u don't know the ac units here are like those at a hotel! and now i'm being told i have to pay $200 for a pet fee when my lease is up in 2 months! the past manager when i moved in told me i didn't have to pay one! so needless to say i'm moving out! 2 years and alot of pain in the but later! i also agree with the last person who said something about the water bill! mine went from $10.17 a month to $36.36. so please do not move in here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
