The leasing agent is rude and is not concerned with the renters.
She seemed to be good at first as she took over the job earlier this year however the more I deal with her the more I just don't like her and will not be renewing my lease.

This is sooo true. I thought Marie was so nice, but when I decided to move out, before my 1st month was even due, during my 1st free month, she became very rude and down to right mean to me, and 1st told me that I would get my $500. back, after her ignoring my phone calls, I went to see her, she told me that I wasn't getting my $500.00 back because she didn't want to, so after having a very heated discussion she called the police on me. Just a very bad, nasty attitude. Doesn't care about anything but getting your money. WARNING...DO NOT MOVE IN. Legal action is being taken.
