Worst Experience Ever. You would be better in your car.

I rented a room for my son and his pregnant wife. The room was for 2 nights. The room had bugs, The attendant would not provide extra pillows, They charged for local calls, and The hot water faucet would not work for them to take a shower. Any one of these would be bad enough but this is just absurd. After being informed by my son of the condition of the room, I went to the hotel office. I informed them of the problems and they did not attempt to make any amends. They also refused to refund the money even for the un-used time.
