I would like to start off by saying that everything the guy has just stated above is 100%. I was informed by my manager (Mary Osborn) to refuse pillows to guests when there are about 50 pillows in the back room. If the guest room had bugs and was unsatisfactory to the guest, I was told to tell them there is nothing we can do for them (not even change the room), and if the guest did not like that answer and wanted to find another place to stay, I was informed to tell them there is no refunds. Even if the guest was only there for an hour. The housekeeping staff do not do their jobs properly. They only change out the towels once a week. The water out of the tub will pour out rusty water. I had my father stay there for a week, and one day when my father asked for a taxi cab number so he can get to a car rental, Mary Osborn told him "There is a phone book in your room, look it up yourself" while she was in a conversation with another person totally ignoring the needs of my father.
The whole staff is very rude. The whole establishment is unorganized and unprofessional. I am surprised they still have a business there. The only possible way I can think they hold up their business is there abundance of money the family has. DO NOT RENT AT THIS MOTEL!!
