Every where you go in Hawthrone whether it be day or night, there are people constantly trying to sell you drugs. People are so nosy, if something were to happen at your apartment, the whole complex would be around your apartment trying to figure out what is going on. The office doesn't do anything for you, and the people that are in the office are very rude. You can't barbeque outside for any occoasion, you can't have anything outside your apartment, chairs, plants ect.
the maintence rairly ever comes to fix what is wrong in your apartment. My air conditioning was broke for a year, happened in the begining of the summer, and lasted till the next summer. our kitchen sinked leaked for about 6 months before it was fixed, and it had to be fixed up to at least 6 different times, to stop it from leaking completely. There is so much traffic that comes through here no matter what apartment you live in. The pools they have here are constantly broken or dirty. The laundry mat always has problems with the washers or dryers, and they always end up taking your money( let alone the office will not refund your money, you have to call the company for the washers and dryers to get your money back) Hawthrone apartments is one big problem after another, inside the apartment and outside the apartment. There are always cops here constantly also. There have been at least 10-12 drug bust since i have lived here, at least 9 times out of those 12 drugs and parafanilia has been found and people were arrested and taken to jail. It is not a place for anyone to live, I suggest you don't even waist your time!!! The bug problem is terrible. Every year we have an infestation of termites that swarms our kitchenare and the living room. Do not let the pest control spray in your house either. You won't see any roaches at all, until the pest control comes and sprays, then you keep seeing more and more of them!!! It's disgusting!!
