Hawthorn Apartments is now known as The Village Greene with management taking the initiative to upgrade the physical appearance of the complex with new paint and landscaping. The City of Cocoa awarded the complex for its efforts. While it is actually a condominium, many of the units have been purchased as investment properties and are rented. I have owned a unit since 1996 and have enjoyed the convenience of its location, along with making friends with the variety of people living here. Units range in size from a studio to a townhouse.
