Who ever wrote that comment about Loongwood Apartments being great must not have been there for too long. It is desent for a short stay but don't plan on living there long term and being satisfied. In the two years I have been there I have had problems with the roof. My next door neighbor had her part of the roof colapse and mold grew in the apartment. I had leaks in my roof all the landlord did was patch the roof up which she had done the year before. They need new roofs. When it rains I get a huge puddle in the front yard which attracts mosquitos and flys (cant spell too great.) The rent is too high for there not being anything there such as a pull or playground. There is nothing! Do you know what someone actually had to do, they tied a big tire to the tree for the kids to have a swing just so there would be something for them to do. There is a lot of traffic but the good thing about the location is you are close to just about everything. The stores, school, and gas stations. This is the only positive thing I can find about these apartments. I wouldn't recommend anyone with kids to stay there. Also there is a lot of noise because of the apartments next door where there is a lot of loud music, fireworks, and used to be gunshots. The walls are also so thin you can hear everything your neighbor is doing.
