I am up for renewal for my second year here, and I looked at other places cheaper. But I still like it here. It is the best location, I love all the people, the community is a better grade of people, and when I renewed my lease they act like I am doing them a favor, they were so appreciative of my business. If you want to live in a NEIGHBORHOOD I would definitely suggets Longwood. You should see all the tenants' Christmas lights, it's like our own little hometown. My apartment is still in great shape and everything I have needed fixed has been done within 3 days, unless it is an emergency and they will send someone out right away.
