roaches, mold, drugs, homeless, feral cats

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I moved in to Riverside Village Apartments in August of 2007 and moved out in February of 2009. During my stay there I experienced several disturbances with the neighbors. Management never did anything. My air conditioner worked very poorly, but yet I had an electric bill each month of almost $200. My apartment was infested with cockroaches, which I reported to the office on several occasions. I am very clean and tried everything possible to get rid of the roaches, but was unsuccessful. Management sent an exterminator out to my apartment twice. When I moved out, I had to throw away all of my furniture because it was so infested with roaches. The bathroom and bedrooms were covered in mold. When I told the office of this problem, they told me that this is Florida, and mold is hard to avoid. Now I am moved out, and fighting with the management to get my security deposit back. I wouldn't recommend anyone living here. I live in a much nicer complex in a better neighborhood in Rockledge now. Rent is cheaper, there aren't any bugs or mold, it's quiet, AND we have swimming pools.
