- I lived at the Village Greene apartments for 2 years until my work transfered me to Miami 3 months ago if I ever move back to Cocoa I would go back there, the management is great they are quick to fix any problem, the place is always kept up, they have 2 nice pools, and neighborhood get togethers.I would highly recomend this place!!!!! ...Full review of Hawthorn Apartments

they have our backs I live in Longwood apartments and recently I had a fire while i was out of town. The maintenace man did what he could to save my things as well as management did everything she could to get in touch with me. They even contacted the red cross to help recover some of my items.
