Not worth the Price!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
The apartments are relatively spacious - the kitchen is extremely small; almost no storage (only a few cabinets). The complex has no security gate nor does it have a guard. Anyone can come on in! Noise levels are almost unbearable - there are certain residents here that have mild disabilities and they do not understand appropriate speaking levels and continually slam doors and are generally much too noisy. The prices are very high - $850 a month - there are no perks (like a Roman tub). For $50 more a month you can rent from Turtle Run in Coral Springs (just down the street). The apartments are twice the size and they have spacious kitchens and roman tubs! The one exception to the otherwise blah apartment complex, is the pool. Now that is very nice. The gym is the size of a large shoebox, but it contains treadmills, exercise bikes, and free weights. Maintence is friendly, but it takes DAYS to fix anything. Even when there is a problem with the plumbing! Certain items in my apartment were not fixed, but merely "rigged" to work correctly. This apartment complex is definately not worth it. PS: Be careful for racoons - they are everywhere - don't even try to take your garbage out after dusk....
