This place use to be good, but when management changed so did the property. My neighbor caught people breaking into cars 2 times and complained to mmgt to fix the parking lights, took them 5 months. Then a few months back someone stole the rent box, and the mmgt knew about it and tried to cover it up putting non-payment notices on the stolen check owners door trying to cover it up and make it seem like they never paid rent. The trash is ridiculous. Trahs everywhere. 1 Trash place for over 300 units = landfill 24/7. Maintenance is almosy non-exsistent. you better off fixing it yourself (serious). Pool is down 85% of the time. Office people are rude, and rarely ever there to help. The only way to get things done is to make a long-distance phone call to their corporate office (AEC Management) in Ohio. At this rate they will change the name to "Cypress Shore's aka Ghetto Living at its best".
