I have been here for almost a year and I must say that I am seriously considering moving out when my lease is up. The raccoons are insane, they have climbed into my car trunk while I was unloading groceries. The mosquitoes are fierce, I feel like I cant go outside with out getting WestNile Virus !!!!! The tennis court to me is the joke, everything but tennis is done there. Lots of young loud kids with no supervision. The apartment was infested with roaches when I moved in and it hasnt been 1 year yet and already the paint,caulking and what ever they do to cover all the mold and water damage in now starting to show through.The walls and ceilings are so thin that I can hear the person living above me pee in the toliet.... ewwwwwwwww.... I would not recommend moving here at all. The only good thing is the bus stop for school is right out front.......keep looking....
