I'LL JUST LIST THINGS FOR YOU TO CONSIDER:
1. HALL WAYS ARE FILTHY
2. MAINTENANCE AND OR REPAIRS NON-EXISTENT
3. WALLS ARE THIN
4. UNRULY NEIGHBORS AND OR THEIR KIDS
5. MOSQUITOS THE SIZE OF FLIES
6. RACOON INVASION
7. BALCONIES USED FOR STORAGE
8. COMPLEX TRASH COMPACTOR AREA IS HORRENDOUS
9. PLUMBING FALLING APART
10. CABINETRY FALLING APART
11. MAIL BOXES FALLING APART
12. OFFICE PEOPLE VERY CONDESCENDING AND NEVER GETS THINGS DONE.
13. RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.
