These apartments are very poorly maintained, there are bugs and racoons, the hallways are constantly dirty, management poor. To break a lease is 2 months notice plus a month rent. They are attempting to clean the surrounding area (new trees, pavement etc) however the inside remains disgusting in desperate need of new carpet, new appliances, new taps etc. Rent is very high for what you get. I will be moving out ASAP and cannot wait to get away. What a horrible place.
