I know that there is no such thing as the perfect apartment but this place falls short from being semi-okay. I just can't believe that the company that owns this complex hasn't been sued. As others has said it takes forever to get anything fixed and just if it's something minor. If it's a major repair maintenence lets you know upfront that management isn't going to pay for it..so your screwed. There are pitbulls every where out here even though they are not alowed and even when you bring it to the attention of the office staff they still do nothing. Parking is horrible and if you can't get home before 4p.m. you have no hopes of parking anywhere near your building. They charge almost $1600 a month for a three bedroom but everything in it is old and falling apart. My washer is old, rusty and makes so much noise when you use it that you don't even want to be home while it's running. i feel bad for myself and everyone else who fell into their trap.
