Take heed of this warning stay far away from this apartment complex. The management is a joke. It takes a month to get anything fixed in the place if they remember to come and fix the problem. The appliances are old and crap. If they break they replace it with more crap. They have a serious mosquito problem in the summer time due to the complex sitting next to a cypress swamp. Rent is way too expensive for the crap that they make you live in. They nickle and dime you to death for living upstairs, with a balcony, that is screened. Take my advice stay far away from this joke of a complex.

Please contact me personally and I would be happy to take a look at the needs of your apartment home and address them accordingly. We are here to serve you and provide a pleasant place to call home. Broward County sprays the city for mesquitos and we are on the list to be sprayed each week. Hopefully, you have notice the absence of mesquitos since they have begun spraying our community.
