When you drive into the complex it looks immaculate. The grounds; beautiful, the office staff; wonderful. Don't be fooled. The model apartment that you see is nothing like what you get. The grounds are kept well only in the front. The pool is clean only when corporate is coming. The owners of this premium priced property should be ashamed. They are receiving top dollar and giving nothing in return.
The apartment that I rent has flooring that is ripped, cheap, stuck down by gobs of silicone around the edges, and God knows how old. Also, there are several layers of filthy flooring underneath. The cheap cabinets are in need of replacing. The laminated particle board that they are made of has been wet so much that they are disintegrating. The blinds are disgustingly dirty, so old they don't function as they should and need to be replaced. The overall condition of the unit is extremely poor. If I was lucky enough to get maintenance to make a repair, the materials they used were often substandard.
When many of my problems were reported to the new management, I was told that "This place is old and needs a lot but the BUDGET is used up." I pay my rent just as everyone else does so I really could care less about a budget. Please don't make the mistake of moving here.

All that you have said is so true. I have been waiting for months to get my a/c fixed and I am always told that the part has been ordered. I have called the corporate office about other problems and they do nothing at all. I am so sorry that the evil of Cypress Shores has claimed another victim.
