I too have lived here a few years and I fully concur with the 2/13/2009 comments headed "Conditions Are Rapidly Deteriorating!" Maintenance and Management is poor and slow to respond or act all. If I had a nickel for their excuses for not getting things done, I'd be a millionaire! The Riff-Raff of renters is increasing at an alarming rate. Management evidently does not screen new tenants well and are oblivious to the other people who are effectively sub-letting. In my building of 10 apartments, at least four residents were either evicted or emptied out of their apartments in the dead of night in just 6 months! Many here have criminal records and/or were evicted in the recent past from other locations. This had led to an annoying increase in noise levels, particularly with Hip-Hop and other music being played loudly at all hours of the day or night. There's never been a better time to say "Renter Beware." Life's tough enough so stay away.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. I hope you have been able to enjoy living at Cypress Shores as we have eliminated residents and visitors driving through the community with loud music. We do enforce community policies and expect our resident to abide by those rules and regulations. If you have information that would help make your home a better place to live, please feel free to contact the leasing office.
