I've lived at Cypress Shores for several years now........when I first moved in the complex things were run ok but not great, then there were a few changes in management and things were not so good......now there is new management and I can see that things are truly being done right. I do not have to wait for things to be fixed...it is completed within a day.......and repairs are being made to the property. So all in all I would say that with the new management Cypress Shores a good place to live.

No one who really lives here would write that things are OK. The only reason things are being cleaned up is because no one wants to move in here. If you saw graphitti and overflowing garbage would you want to move in here? I've been here for 10 years and what's going on is a big disgrace.

Who cares aboaut the pressure washing of all the roofs? How about pressure washing all breezeways, since THOSE are what we have to look at every day? Spider nests coating the breezeway walls, cigarette butts, dead insects caught in cobwebs between railing balusters.... how about cleaning up where it actually makes a difference to your tenants, instead of only being concerned with how the property looks from passing cars on Lyons? THERE'S a suggestion you claim you're looking for. Now let's see if you actually do anything about it

Dear Anonymous, Thank you so much for acknowledging the changes at Cypress Shores. As we have worked diligently to overcome obstacles from previous management and are happy to hear it is impacting our residents in a positive manner. I am glad you have enjoyed the way we have continued to improve the community from the new landscaping installed in January, the pressure washing of all the roofs, to the brand new tennis court and all new lighting that is being installed throughout the community with all new fixtures.
