I agree that maintenance could be better and the response time could be faster. The main guy is rude and I have complained to the manager about him but the others are nice so maintenance is 50/50. The office girls are the sweetest thing. I am always greeted well and feel welcomed when I come in. I am a picky person and I feel like I bother them more than they bother me. Even though I always need something they still laugh and smile with me. The main reason I live here is because of the service I got when I came here. The manager showed me an apartment and reminded me of my daughter and I felt right at home. I am enjoying my apartment, but I wish I had a new stove. The maintenance crew told me that it works fine but it is just ugly. I have not lived here long but overall I am pleased and would consider renewing my lease when it is due at this point.
