Please!!!! Dont even think twice! This community is disgusting! The building is filthy...filled with nasty bugs and spiders.People let their dogs piss in the hallway and they throw trash all over and in the year I have lived here it has NEVER been cleaned!Out side feels like the forest with overgrown bushes and trees.The apartment is not so bad if you dont mind roaches and large black spiders as your roomate! Your out of luck if something is broken and maintenance needs to repair it. There is only one dumpster for the entire community and it is always overflowing and about 5 pit bull dog sized racoons live in there and approach you everytime you try to throw out your trash.The pool rarely works and the jacuzzi has been broken and filled with moss since I moved in!The neighbors are terrible! I had drug dealers living downstairs for a while who stayed outside and smoked weed all day with hundreds of people in and out the apartment,now there are strippers that are wild,make so much noise and have diffrent men in and out all hours!
Some tenants move in and then out a few weeks later when they get to see how it really is to live here.The office people are rude and nasty! They make excuses for everything and never take compliants into consideration!Dont even think the corporate office is any better because they are just as ignorant! They have a smart ass excuse for everything and like to speak to their tenants like they are stupid! I extremely regret moving here and please dont make my same mistake!All the neighbors I do speak to also complain and cant wait for their lease to be up. And.....Its expensive!!

Dear Anonymous, I apologize for your frustrations. There are several things I am able to assist you with. First, we have pressure cleaned the entire South side of the community since it is being freshly painted and we will be replacing all the screened patios with brand new screening. If you are having any issues in your apartment, we offer pest control to any one who requests it on a weekly basis. It is free and does not cost you anything. We rarely have these concerns, especially if you take advantage of our free services. Please give us a call so I can put you on the list. We had a slow leak on the pool gutter drain, you are correct. It has not been functioning properly. However, please take a walk by the pool area; we are replacing the entire gutter line-brand new-and the pool area will be perfect for you to enjoy once they are complete. If there are concerns with your neighbors pets, this is also something we can handle for you. Please bring this to our attention so we can address your concerns. I apologize if you feel as though we are not here to assist you because we are in place to assist our resident with any concerns they are experiencing. We have so many residents who take advantage of our open door policy and it is welcomed! We do not have a lot of availability as we are almost completely full. I do not recall anyone moving in and out the same week, but we can certainly check the apartment homes to make sure everything is okay. We have completely replace the tennis courts, please feel free to use them as well, they are beautiful!
