Excellent place to live From: CDBuffalino@aol.com Date posted: 4/17/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived at Village Apartments/Club Caribe Feb 2001 - Feb 2002. This was an excellent place to call home. Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Apartments were beautiful and reasonably priced. Balconies that can be screened in, valuted ceilings in select apartments, well kept/maintained, and new appliances (washer/dryer, microwave, etc.) Community was safe and well kept. Gorgeous pool and many monthly community events, like barbeques, outings, etc. Community newsletter was also informative, sent out monthly, would contain community birthdays, event information, holiday information, etc. Community was in a great location, close to 95, turnpike. Down the road is a shopping plaza w/ Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, cleaners, nail salon, etc. Also close to area malls (Boca Town Center), many restaurants, and other shopping centers (Target, etc.) There was nothing about this complex that I didn't like.
